A managed backup service, not another tool to run
CloudVision runs cloud backup as a fully managed service. We connect your Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and QuickBooks accounts, run the first backups and confirm everything is reporting in your dashboard. From then on, backing up, monitoring, reporting and recovering your data is our job, not yours.
Everything we protect becomes an object in your dashboard with its own backup status, checked against a 24-hour backup SLA. The CloudVision Daily Backup Report shows you the result every morning, so you never have to take our word for it.

How we protect your data
Your backups are kept independently of Microsoft, Google and Intuit, so a deletion, sync error or ransomware attack in your live accounts doesn't reach them.
- Data location: backups are stored in the UK by default. You can choose Canada, the USA, Ireland, Germany, Singapore, Australia or Japan instead when we set you up.
- Encryption: backup data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
- Certified data centres: our backup data centres are ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 Type 2 audited.
- Retention: configurable to your policy.
- Backup frequency: as frequent as real time, with every protected object checked against a 24-hour backup SLA.
- Data protection law: CloudVision is registered with the ICO and handles your data under UK GDPR, with a data protection agreement for every customer. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
When something goes wrong, we put it back
Tell us what you need back and we restore it from your CloudVision backup, 24/7. You don't need to work through admin consoles or race a retention deadline. Deleted mailboxes, lost files, ransomware and compromised accounts are all covered by our managed disaster recovery.
If a backup fails, it is flagged in your dashboard and in the Daily Backup Report, and we fix it, 24/7.
About CloudVision: common questions
Is CloudVision related to Arista CloudVision or Google Cloud Vision?
No. CloudVision (cloud-vision.uk) is a UK managed backup provider for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and QuickBooks Online. Arista CloudVision is network management software from Arista Networks, and Google Cloud Vision is Google’s image-analysis API. We’re not connected to either, or to other companies with similar names.
Do you work with businesses outside London?
Yes. Set-up, monitoring and restores all happen remotely, so we look after organisations anywhere in the UK, and worldwide, without a site visit.
